Feuding Exes Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert Call Each Other Out On Stage

Fox 411 / Huffpo

It seemed like everything was going really well for Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert lately, but these exes obviously aren't over their headline-grabbing divorce.

Last year, Lambert earned a pair of Grammy nominations, and Shelton was named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive, but the two would apparently rather focus on the past.

The country music super-couple split in 2015, after being married for four years and together for another six. While they've both moved on since then - Lambert is dating country star Anderson East, while Shelton is with fellow Voice judge Gwen Stefani - they're still not above taking potshots at each other.

At a recent tour date in Greenville, South Carolina, Lambert made a jab at Shelton that only her biggest fans could spot.

During her song "Little Red Wagon," Lambert changed the lyric "I live in Oklahoma" to "I got the hell out of Oklahoma." Fans realized she was referring to Tishomingo, Oklahoma, where Lambert lived with Shelton during their marriage.

It was a pretty sneaky reference to her former beau, and Shelton didn't hesitate to fire back at his own concert the very next night.

At his own concert, Shelton invited Luke Bryan on stage to help him cover George Strait's hit "All My Exes Live in Texas."

The song is a classic, but the reason Shelton picked it is pretty obvious. Lambert is famously from Texas, and it seems like the song choice was Shelton's way of returning fire for her "Little Red Wagon" lyric change.

In case you're wondering why there's so much animosity between the couple three years after they split, they didn't exactly part ways on good terms.

Six months after the divorce, Shelton released the song "She's Got a Way With Words," which referenced a lover who lied and cheated on her partner.

"When you have a broken heart " at least, when I do " you got to get it out of your system," Shelton told Billboard magazine about the single. "You want people to sympathize with you. I was at rock bottom, in the middle of hell."

For the record, Shelton was also plagued by rumors about his infidelity during the split. But the singer denies he was ever unfaithful to Lambert.

Hopefully these two can settle their differences and move on!
