Skillet Raspberry Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 cans raspberry pie filling
- � cup butter, melted
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Swirl the 3 tbsp of melted butter in a cast iron pan so that it completely coats the bottom.
- Pour the raspberry pie filling into the skillet and smooth so that it covers the bottom of the pan.
- In a separate bowl mix together the cake mix and 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over top of the pie filling and bake for 50 minutes.
- Once it's golden on top it's ready to be devoured. Serve on it's own or with vanilla ice cream, enjoy!
Oreo Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 cups Oreos, chopped
- � cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil and eggs.
- Next, add in the Oreos and gently mix to incorporate them into the dough.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour.
- Once chilled, remove from fridge and place tablespoon sized balls of dough on cookie sheets.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes.
Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 � cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- � cup powdered sugar
- � tsp almond extract (optional)
Directions
- Chill your mixing bowl in the fridge about 30 minutes ahead of time.
- Add the heavy cream to the chilled bowl and mix using a hand or stand mixer until it begins to thicken up.
- Next add the cocoa powder and powdered sugar and mix until peaks start to form.
- Add the almond extract and mix again.
- Place the mousse in a piping bag with a 1M tip and pipe in a small bowl or other serving glass. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
